地名由来[edit]
村庄最初称半岭，因位于山岭之间，后方言读音相近，写作贯岭。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
1950年村庄属福鼎县第一区，设贯岭乡；1954年归第十一区，1956年改属镇西区。1958年成立贯岭大队（隶属贯岭公社），1959年改由桐山公社管辖，1981年复归贯岭公社，1987年8月改称贯岭村民委员会。[2]
