百胜村位于福鼎市东南部，东接兰田村，西接梅溪村，北连南阳村，南面临海，与桐城街道的资国隔海相望。[1]

地名由来[edit]

清初，此处渔港码头买卖兴旺，秤多达百余杆，人们称之为「百秤」，后因谐音改为百胜，寓意百战百胜。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村子1952年起称百胜村，隶属桐山区梅溪小公社；1958年改称生产大队；1984年为百胜乡，由桐城区公所管辖。1987年设村民委员会，隶桐城乡。1992年至1998年属桐城镇，1998年划归山前街道办事处。[1]

2022年3月，村被命名为「2021年福鼎市平安村（社区）」。[1]

自然与经济[edit]

村民的主要生计是农业种植和海水养殖。农产有茶叶、四季柚、杨梅，水产有青蟹、对虾、海蛎等。[2]

江滨南大道与沙吕线贯穿全境。[2]
