浮柳村隶属福建省宁德市福鼎市桐城街道，村庄坐落在城区西北方的山地，距市区约7千米，是畲族聚居的村落。[2][4]

地名来历[edit]

旧时山间遍生柏树与柳树，村庄原称柏柳洋，后因方言谐音改为浮柳。[1][4]

畲族与村落概况[edit]

据2025年11月福鼎市人民政府网站所载，村下辖20个自然村，全村583户2791人，其中畲族人口占近九成，在福鼎市内，这是离城区最近、畲族人口最多的村庄。畲族居民日常使用畲语。[2][3]

村内有蓝、雷、钟、李等姓的畲族人口。村两委成员中有少数民族干部，村民代表中畲族代表占多数。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年设浮柳大队，先后隶属桐山、南溪、城关与桐城等公社，1987年改为浮柳村民委员会。[1][4]

革命历史[edit]

革命战争年代，村里的白石自然村设有桐霞县委的交通总站。[4]

荣誉与政策[edit]

村为第四批少数民族特色村寨建设试点村，并为省级美丽乡村与省级乡村治理示范村。[2]

浮柳村于2021年11月被福建省爱卫办定为「2021年福建省卫生村」。2022年3月，村被命名为「2021年福鼎市平安村（社区）」。[1]
