八尺门村是福建省宁德市福鼎市桐城街道下辖的行政村，位于市区东南部，与董江村、江边村相邻。村域三面环山，一面临海。[1][3]

地名来历[edit]

古时白鹭常聚于此，村名曾称白鹭门；港口宽约百尺，又称百尺门。当地方言中「百」与「八」同音，遂称八尺门。[3][1]

历史沿革[edit]

1999年，八尺门自江边村析出，另设八尺门村民委员会。[1]

产业[edit]

村里历来以茶叶种植为主，兼种少量黄栀子等药用植物。近年来发展海上养殖，网箱养殖大黄鱼。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2022年3月，八尺门村被命名为「2021年福鼎市平安村（社区）」。[1]
