五里牌社区位于福鼎市区南部，是福鼎市桐城街道下辖的社区，区域内有高速公路出口，104国道穿境而过。[1]

设立与名称[edit]

1994年7月14日设立五里牌村，福鼎市人民政府公布的行政区划表将其列为社区。[1][2]

荣誉[edit]

五里牌村于2021年11月被福建省爱卫办定为「2021年福建省卫生村」。2022年3月，被命名为「2021年福鼎市平安村（社区）」。[1]
