岙里社区是桐山街道下辖的社区，位于福鼎市区北部，由原镇西村析置而成。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

早先此处为海滩，村落聚居在两山之间的平地上，因而称为岙里。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据百度百科，社区成立于2021年6月28日，由原镇西村分立而来；博雅地名网则记作2021年3月，镇西村撤销，岙里社区随之设立。[1][2]

辖区[edit]

社区下辖洋心、小坑等自然村及梅湾小区经济保障房，设党总支，辖区内有市第二自来水厂、岙里电站与岙里工业园区等单位。[2]
