福全社区是桐山街道下辖的社区，位于街道西北边缘的城郊接合地带。东侧以小路、桐北、溪西三社区为邻，南侧与桐城街道的龙山社区接壤。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1998年10月，福全居民委员会由原桐北、溪西两个居委会的辖区划分出来而设立，2005年改为社区居民委员会。博雅地名网另一处记载为2003年11月成立社区居委会。[1][2][3]

社区建设[edit]

2022年，社区建成福鼎市首个城市书房。[3]

社区先后获评「福建省终身教育提质培优项目学习型社区」「全国气象科普教育基地」等荣誉。[3]
