施洋村在康厝畲族乡中部，村名因施氏先民在此定居而来。村临穆阳溪畔，省道穿村而过。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年时归西岭乡。1958年成为施洋乡，1961年设施洋小公社。1966年大公社设立后此地称施洋大队，1984年改设施洋村委会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村后山上有两块风动石，俗称「公石」与「母石」，相距约100米。公石重约30吨，稍用力便会摇动。[2]
