历史沿革[edit]
1950年仍设凤洋乡，1961年并入洋溪小公社。1966年7月设凤洋大队，1984年起称凤洋村委会。[1]
文化[edit]
2006年，宁德市人民政府把凤洋列为「畲族文化重点村」。2015年，省级畲族文化生态保护示范点首批名单中有凤洋，村中的牛石坂又成为省级「美丽乡村」试点。[2]
村中有百年以上的风水古树五十余棵，村落房屋沿山叠建，植被茂密。[2]
