苏坂村在康厝畲族乡境内，村名来自古时在此居住的苏姓人家：村南的平坦山坡俗称「坂」，故称苏坂。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1950年时此地归穆阳区龙卢乡，1961年设小公社后称苏坂大队，1966年改归康厝公社，大队名未变。1984年改设苏坂村委会，名称沿用至今。[1]
2021年11月，福建省爱卫办将苏坂村命名为2021年福建省卫生村。[1]
