康厝村是康厝畲族乡的乡中心区，村名取自最早在此定居的康姓人家。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年，此地属穆阳区龙卢乡。1961年设小公社，称康厝大队；1966年改设分社，大队名称未变。1984年设立康厝畲族乡后，本村改为居民村委会，沿用至今。[1]
