康厝畲族乡是福建省宁德市福安市下辖的畲族乡，位于市境西部，西面与周宁县相邻，距市府约29公里。全乡以山地丘陵为主，康厝村是全乡的中心区。[1][2]
全乡辖32个行政村，其中畲族行政村8个，下辖自然村121个，是福安市三大畲族乡之一。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
乡名「康厝」，博雅地名网释为取「安康」之意，「厝」指居住地；百度百科则称早期康姓始居此地，又因畲族聚居而得名。[1][3]
1950年，此地属第四区。1958年划归穆阳人民公社；1966年8月，此地由穆阳公社分立出来，设为康厝公社。[1]
1984年改设为康厝畲族乡。乡政府网站作1984年9月，博雅地名网作1984年10月，此处取政府网站的说法。[1][2]
2018年12月，康厝畲族乡列入第六批全国民族团结进步创建示范乡镇。2024年1月，又被命名为2023年福建省卫生乡镇。[1][2]
地理环境[edit]
乡境多山地与丘陵，间有低中山，河谷平原面积不大。境内最高海拔740米。[2][3]
气候上属中亚热带，夏长冬短，年平均气温11.2℃至19.5℃，最高气温曾达43.3℃，最低曾降至-5.3℃。[2]
人口民族[edit]
乡政府网站所载总人口31060人，其中畲族7760人，约占总人口的四分之一。[2]
经济[edit]
粮食作物以水稻、甘薯为主，经济作物有甘蔗、花生、芝麻、油菜和蔬菜。「洋溪小种花生」和「高台生姜」在市场上有一定知名度。[2]
工业以水电、石矿、冶金铸造、茶叶初精加工和竹木加工为主。乡内有六座小型水电站。[2]
文化[edit]
乡政府网站称，乡内组织村民穿畲服、用畲语、唱畲歌、练畲武、习畲仪，并引导各畲村举办「三月三」畲歌会。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
积谷桥是福安保存至今、有纪年且年代最久的木拱桥，2004年列为福安市文物保护单位。[2]
「传邮功臣」林卓午的故居整体建筑完整，馆内收藏其生平事迹史料，2008年列为福安市第四批市级文物保护单位。[2]
东山雪洞是刘中藻（1605～1649）归福安时读《易》的地方，洞口一带留有「刘子读易处」「天桥」「试剑石」等摩崖石刻。[1][2]
纱帽山因峰上一块巨石形似古代官帽而得名，山间有一线天、雁嘴岩、蝙蝠洞等自然景观。[2]
乡政府网站还列有金斗洋畲寨、红坪普照寺、象地龙潭和梧溪松林。[2]
