下逢村位于福穆公路沿线、下逢溪畔，下辖下逢、坝头2个自然村，属福安市穆云畲族乡。[1][2]

村名的来由：当地山形如帆、地形似船，古时称“下船”，后因方言谐音演变为今名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

土改时归下逢乡管。1961至1966年间归下逢小公社；1966年下半年为下逢大队；1984年改设下逢村民委员会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村中许氏宗祠建于清嘉庆年间，至今已有二百余年。明清古民居与古建筑保存较好。[1][2]

文化[edit]

2019年12月，下逢村入选「第一批国家森林乡村」名单；2023年2月，列入「福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[1]
