历史沿革[edit]
据百度百科，此地早先隶属十五都一图中的留洋；民国年间划归穆阳区；新中国成立后，又先后在留洋公社与穆阳公社之下；1984年起归穆云畲族乡所辖。[2]
原属外洋大队。1981年5月分出，另立外厝大队；1984年改设村民委员会。[1]
文化[edit]
据百度百科，村中保留有一座百年临水宫和兰氏宗祠，村民仍有畲族哭嫁、对歌、三月三等传统风俗。[2]
