村名的来由：取“龟”与“凤”借喻贤人之意，寄望村中人才辈出。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年隶属咸福乡，此后一度属蟾溪乡。1961年归咸福小公社，1966年7月归蟾溪大队。1977年，蟾溪大队分出，另立龟凤大队；1984年改设龟凤村，隶属龟凤村委会。[1]
