历史沿革[edit]
据百度百科，村委会所在地旧称“里洋”“咸竹(谷)塆”，也写作“含竹塆”。1937年，“含利塆”改名咸福，沿用至今。[2]
土改时期设咸福乡政府。1961至1966年间为咸福小公社，1966年起成为咸福大队，1984年改设村民委员会。[1]
文化[edit]
2021年11月，福建省爱卫办授予咸福村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
