咸洋村是福建省宁德市福安市范坑乡下辖的行政村，位于福安市北部，距乡政府约15公里，与潭头镇坑口村相衔接。村名取自村庄建在一片咸竹林中的平地上。全村下辖1个自然村，主要收入来源为水稻、茶叶、油茶和太子参。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的由来：村庄建在咸竹林中的平地上，故名咸洋。旧称西里七都井头龙境。[1]

据博雅地名网，宋政和三年（1113年），毛姓始祖迁居此地，至今已有900余年。1983年设立咸洋村委会。[1]

2018年，咸洋村退出福安市第五轮重点扶贫村。[1]

人口与产业[edit]

博雅地名网载，全村设6个村民小组，共248户、1158人；党支部有党员27名，村两委成员6人，60周岁以上老人155人。[1]

全村辖土地面积6.4平方公里，耕地1025亩、茶园500多亩、林地4000亩、竹林1000亩左右。[1]

咸洋村的「2022年福建省卫生村」称号，于2022年12月由省爱国卫生运动委员会授予。[1]
