江家渡村位于坂中畲族乡南部，临富春溪下游，距城区约2公里，是全乡林地最多的行政村。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域土地总面积1.6平方公里，其中山林8000多亩。[1]

人口民族[edit]

村下辖4个自然村、7个村民小组，另有两个生活小区，其中两个自然村为少数民族村落。全村户籍365户、1297人，党员31人。[1]

经济[edit]

主村依托富春溪岸的天然沙地发展绿竹，种植面积超过500亩，种植的农户有四十多户，所产竹笋味道格外清甜。村民收入还来自糖蔗、水果、蔬菜种植，外出务工，以及鸡鹅等家禽饲养。[1]

文化[edit]

下天池自然村是纯畲族村落。20世纪60年代引种糖蔗，一度种到百亩左右，平均每户一年靠红糖可增收1.5万元。传统手工红糖的榨制技艺在下天池的榨蔗房里延续至今。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

凌霄塔俗称江家渡塔，立在村后的旗顶山（又称文笔山）上，由明崇祯二年（1629年）知县梁兆阳主持建成。塔身为石质，八角七层，属楼阁样式，与南郊天马山山顶的塔彼此对峙。该塔被列为省级重点文物保护单位；2007年4月起维修，次年10月竣工，同时把山脚到山顶的石阶路重新修好。[1]
