仙岩村是坂中畲族乡的一个行政村。村址在仙岩鼻以北的坡地平台上，村名缘于这一地形。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年，村地划入第一区仙坂乡。1953年，一度设过名为仙岩的畲族自治乡；三年后该自治乡撤并，改称仙坂乡，到1958年才改设仙岩大队。1980年6月重新启用仙岩大队的名称，1984年改为仙岩村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

本村于2024年2月入选「第二批福建省乡村振兴示范村镇」创建名单。[1]
