坂中畲族乡是宁德市福安市的一个民族乡，地处福安市城区西侧、富春溪西岸，东与城阳镇、城北街道和阳头街道相接，南邻溪柄镇，西面连着穆云畲族乡，北面挨着社口镇。乡名取自驻地坂中村：该村坐落在溪流与沙洲之间，居民多为畲族，故以此得名。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

1928年，这里已有坂中乡之名，隶属韩阳区。1940年，它与察阳乡合并组成察坂湖乡。1945年划入城厢镇；1950年城厢镇分出一块，建仙坂乡，归第一区管辖。1953年改隶第十一区，1956年两区并为城关区。1958年撤区，改设城关公社；1961年该公社分置城兰镇与城郊公社，1966年8月又由城郊公社分立出坂中公社。1984年9月，此地改建为坂中畲族乡。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

乡政府驻地距福安市府约2.5公里。面积一说为66.46平方千米（百度百科），一说为67.7平方千米（博雅地名网），此处取前者。[1][2]

人口民族[edit]

2023年1月，坂中畲族乡被国家民委命名为「全国民族团结进步示范区」，列入第十批名单。[1]

经济[edit]

耕作以水稻、薯类为大宗，另有蔬菜、茶叶、水果以及竹木出产。工业方面有电力、铸造、食品加工、彩印与建材，此外还有电机电器一类的企业。[1]

「淘宝镇」名单在2020年、2021年和2022年三次列出坂中畲族乡：2020年9月由阿里研究院公布；2021年10月的名单由阿里研究院与南京大学空间规划研究中心共同发布；2022年10月再次入选。[1]
