湖塘坂村属福建省宁德市福安市城阳镇，地处市区北部，离城约10公里，北与潭头镇相连，104国道从村中穿过[1]。村辖上村、下村两个自然村，博雅地名网载全村273户、1056人，未注统计年份[2]。

村前有沙塘，旁边又有湖泊，地名由此而来[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1984年由大队改设为湖塘坂村委会，此前的湖塘坂大队1958年组建[1]。
