林洋村是福建省宁德市福安市城阳镇下辖的行政村，位于东官路沿线，是前往柘荣、霞浦方向的必经之地，西邻秦溪洋开发区，距福安市区约11公里[1][2]。村域面积约3平方千米，博雅地名网载全村136户、560人，辖4个自然村，未注统计年份[2]。
地名由来[edit]
建村时此处有一片树林，地形又较平坦，因此得名[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
1959年组建林洋大队，1984年由大队改为林洋村委会，这之前1958年归中村大队；1950年初属金洋乡[1]。
革命历史[edit]
1934年，黄柏岭自然村出过多位革命者，其中有安福县苏维埃政府主席、闽东苏维埃政府妇女会主席等人，共有五人被列为革命烈士[2]。解放后，坑里楼一带被定为福安市老区[2]。
