占洋村是福建省宁德市福安市城阳镇下辖的行政村，位于福安市东南部，在东山山脉山麓，距福安市区约10公里[1]。村域面积1.6平方千米，博雅地名网载全村265户、1100多人，未注统计年份，辖6个村民小组[1]。

地名由来[edit]

最早在此定居的是占姓人家，村名由此而来[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1984年由生产大队改设占洋村委会，名称至今未变。1966年起归城郊公社管辖，称占洋生产大队；1958年归洋中公社，名为占洋大队；1929年时此地属秦溪乡[1]。

建筑与寺庙[edit]

村中有天福禅寺与浮山禅寺。博雅地名网说两寺始建于唐代，又称至今已有四百多年[2]。村内还有凌氏祠堂和古井等建筑[2]。
