马上村是福建省宁德市福安市城阳镇下辖的行政村，位于城阳北部东山一带，东与仙岭村接壤，南至占洋村约5公里[1][2]。村域面积约1平方千米，辖3个自然村，博雅地名网载有175户、641人，未注统计年份[2]。
地名由来[edit]
村落位于一座山岭之中，山形像一匹马，地名因此而来[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
1984年起为马上村委会，此前1958年马上大队归城郊公社管辖。1950年初设有马上乡政府[1]。
历史人文[edit]
据村中所载，村子始建于宋代，村名曾先后称作双凤洋、莲花坪等[2]。清光绪年间村中建有养庆堂，现存金峰寺的建筑亦建于那个时期，1934年前后这里曾是革命时期的联络点[2]。
