村子位于福安市最南端的湾坞半岛东南，挨着梅洋工业小区。村中260户，共997人以上，辖2个自然村。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村子位于山岭之间，原名岭头；因与他处重名，改为雅称「宝岭」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年村子归沙湾保。次年改属沙湾乡，1960年转入下邳小公社，当时叫岭头生产大队。1966年7月划归湾坞公社；1981年因与别处重名，改称宝岭生产大队。1984年设为村委会。[1]
地理环境[edit]
林地占村域的62.68%，计432.67公顷；耕地40.32公顷，占5.84%；湿地129.16公顷，占18.71%。[1]
经济[edit]
村民收入以种植和养殖为主，务工收入为辅，主导产业为茶叶和葡萄。[1]
