梅洋村位于湾坞镇东南部的沿海半岛，距福宁高速公路湾坞互通口约2公里，全村下辖6个自然村。[1]

地名由来[edit]

相传此地旧时种有青梅，故名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年，村子划归下邳乡。1960年，下邳乡所在的小公社里设立梅洋生产大队。1966年6月，梅洋大队改由湾坞公社领导。1984年，大队改为梅洋村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

耕地750亩，林地4711多亩以上。种植的经济作物以杨梅、巨峰葡萄、福鼎白茶为大宗，并养有生猪。[1][2]
