溪南村在溪柄镇驻地东北面，离镇驻地约4.5千米，海拔20米；村委会设于溪南自然村。[1]村名取自村子位于溪河南面的位置。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

民国30年（1941年）属福安县第一区（赛岐）柏洋乡的溪南保。溪南高级社是1956年办起的，1958年8月设溪南大队，村民委员会在1984年组建。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月获得「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。2022年12月，溪南村经福建省绿化委员会命名，成为「2022年福建省森林村庄」。2026年1月，溪南村被确定为「福建省2026年度乡村振兴示范村」。[2]
