历史沿革[edit]
村子原名龙溪，因龙溪紧贴村边流过而得名。后改称溪柄，缘于村落建在交溪（赛江）、龙溪与茜洋溪所围成的柄状地带上。[2]
溪柄保在民国三十年（1941年）归福安县第一区的溪缠乡所辖。村中于1956年建起溪柄高级社，又于1958年8月组成溪柄大队，1984年村民委员会正式建立。[1]
2013年7月，农业部将溪柄村认定为「第三批全国一村一品示范村镇」，主产福安巨峰葡萄。2020年12月，溪柄村入选「2019年度福建省一村一品示范村」名单。[1]
