溪柄镇位于福建省宁德市福安市东南部，是福安市下辖的一个镇，镇政府驻兴龙街。[1][5]古称龙溪，因茜洋溪、交溪与龙溪在此会合，村落所在的地形如柄，遂改称溪柄。[1]
1913年设溪柄乡，1985年改设溪柄镇。[2][3]镇境曾是闽东革命的活动地，中共闽东特委与闽东苏维埃政府的旧址在柏柱洋一带。[4]境内的狮峰寺、榕头兴云寺大雄宝殿等古建筑，以及山下、东坪两村的革命旧址，都是本镇的重要文化遗存。[4][7]
历史沿革[edit]
溪柄一带唐代属长溪县灵霍乡仁风里，明清时期隶属福安县用儒乡仁风里。[2]溪柄乡于1913年建立，到1929年时划归第一区的赛岐区管辖。[2]
1949年，溪柄乡从赛岐镇中分立出来。1953年成立的第十二区把办公地放在溪柄。1958年，这里组建溪柄人民公社，并分出松罗人民公社。[3]1966年撤区改为公社，下辖17个大队。此后，1984年10月起为溪柄乡，1985年4月起为溪柄镇。[3]
闽东苏维埃政府的成立与柏柱洋有关：1934年2月，闽东工农兵代表大会在此举行，并设立了该政府。[8]邓子恢与陶铸等人都在这里领导过闽东革命，马立峰、施霖也在其列。[3]
镇域近年获得的称号有：2022年10月由福建省农业农村厅认定的「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」，2022年12月命名的「2022年福建省森林城镇」，2024年1月命名的「2023年福建省卫生乡镇」。[3]2024年4月，溪柄镇被纳入「第三批省级乡村振兴示范乡镇创建对象」名单（博雅地名网记为2024年4月，百度百科记为2025年4月）。[1][3]
地理环境[edit]
溪柄镇地处福安市东南部，辖区东西相距最远约18.78千米，南北相距最远约15.03千米。[1]地势东、北高而西、南低。境内最高处是粗冈头，海拔971.3米；浦后村一带地势最低，海拔仅6米。[1]
东南与松罗乡相邻，南及西南与赛岐镇接壤，西北与坂中畲族乡相接，北面与城阳一带相连。[1]茜洋溪自北向西穿过境内8个村，境内河段长约20千米。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
柏柱洋在镇东南，距福安市区约40公里，四周群山环抱，中间是开阔的平川，是通往霞浦与太姥山的要道。[4][8]境内寺庙与革命旧址较多，闽东苏维埃政府和闽东特委都曾设在此地。[4]
狮峰寺在柏柱洋的狮峰山麓，最初的建寺时间是唐景福元年（892年），明永乐年间迁至今址，万历四十年（1612年）和清嘉庆年间都曾重修，大雄宝殿保留了明代的原构。[7]2006年5月25日，国务院把它列入「第六批全国重点文物保护单位」。[7]土地革命时期，寺院一度作为闽东红带会总部，该会1933年12月成立。[6]
榕头村兴云寺大雄宝殿的创建年代为宋元符年间（1098年至1100年），现存建筑则是清乾隆四十一年（1776年）重建的，殿内保存有明代神龛。[4]
山下村有施霖烈士后裔厝（1953年建），东坪村有闽东红军独立团后方医院（民国年间建），立峰村另有一幢革命洋楼（1953年建）。[4]2013年2月20日，前两处被福安市人民政府公布为「第五批市级文物保护单位」。[4]
著名人物[edit]
原名泽祥的马立峰出生于立峰村马厝，1909年1月24日生，1935年2月8日牺牲于突围战斗。[9]他1929年入党，担任过中共闽东特委委员、宣传部长，并任闽东苏维埃政府主席。[9]立峰村的村名即为纪念他而定。[3]
郑虎臣（1219年—1276年），南宋人，出生于楼下村南山自然村。[10]
