下邳村位于溪尾镇，是镇内的门户村，下辖东边洋、后岐两个自然村。村中以陈、张两姓为主。村名由陈氏先祖自霞浦盐田的邳溪迁入而来。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年时此地为下邳乡，合作化期间建下邳高级社。1959年设下邳大队，1961年划为小公社，1966年又回到大队建制。1984年起才称村委会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域面积约7.4平方公里，有水田、葡萄园、山地和滩涂。村中收入主要来自葡萄种植和海产养殖。[1]

文化[edit]

村内有一座建于20世纪30年代的天主堂，村子也是天主教守贞女陈子东的家乡。[1][2]

村内保存着许多老屋和古树，并有永安古桥。[2]
