溪邳村位于溪尾镇沿海，靠近盐田港，村民以渔业为生，过去不少人家住在连家船上。[1][3]

地名与历史沿革[edit]

村名由山溪尾与下邳两处的渔民合并而来。[1]

1950年设溪邳乡，归下白石区管辖。1958年公社化之后成立溪邳大队，划入溪尾公社；1984年才改为村委会。[1]

人口民族[edit]

福安市文体和旅游局的页面称，该村辖7个自然村，分为15个生产小组，合计632户2716人（页面未注统计年份）。百度百科则作8个自然村，两种说法不同。[2][3]

经济[edit]

收入来源有养殖水产、销售海产、从事海上运输，还有人外出经商务工。[1]

过去村民多是连家船上的渔户，后来陆续上岸落户、从事渔业。福安市文体和旅游局认为，这段脱贫历程是扶贫开发「宁德模式」的缩影。[3]

文化[edit]

2015年2月，中央文明委决定把「第四届全国文明村镇」授予该村。[1]

2019年12月，该村被认定为「全国乡村治理示范村」。[1]

2021年2月，司法部与民政部把该村列为「第八批全国民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1]

同年11月，该村获评「2021年福建省卫生村」；同年12月，又被确定为「福建省第二批高级版绿盈乡村（乡镇）」。[1]

2024年2月，该村成为「第二批福建省乡村振兴示范村镇」的创建对象；2025年11月，被认定为「福建省第二批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1]
