行洋村位于下白石镇西南部，距镇区约23公里，沈海高速南浦互通口约7公里。村名的来历：村庄建在一片田洋之上，村民希望行事顺顺利利，故名。该村是革命老区基点村，温福铁路穿境而过。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

此地先归大洋乡管辖，后于1959年以行洋之名另设大队。1966年，该队与大获一带并为大洋大队；1980年行洋重新独立，1984年才成立村民委员会。[2]
