地名由来[edit]
村中林木间多鹳鸟，原名「鹳里」，后因方言同音，衍为今名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
南宋乾道四年（1168年）建村。新中国成立后，此地先归甘棠区观里乡；1958年组建大队，1984年撤大队，改设村民委员会，名称未变。[1][4]
概况[edit]
离镇区约5.5公里的村子，正与沈海复线甘棠互通口相邻，辖有油坊与红桥下两个自然村。据福安市人民政府网站，全村现有553户1870多人；据百度百科，2020年户籍人口为1506人，户数380户。两处数字的统计口径与年份不同，此处并列。[2][3]
革命历史[edit]
土地革命时期，观里曾是中共安德县委与安德县苏维埃政府的驻地，叶飞、曾志、阮英平等人都在此开展过革命活动。村内现存五处革命旧址，是福安市的爱国主义教育基地。[2]
产业[edit]
村内以茶苗繁育为主导产业，据百度百科所载，建有全省规模较大的茶树种培育基地之一，年出圃茶苗超过一亿株。[3]
荣誉[edit]
2017年，村子被评为省级美丽乡村；2018年，入选省级乡村振兴试点示范村；2019年列入第五批中国传统村落名录，并被认定为省级森林村庄。[2] 2025年3月，本村入选福建省首批省级乡村振兴示范村之列。[1] 本村于2024年1月获评「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
