龙洋村是福建省宁德市福安市晓阳镇的行政村，海拔640米，镇政府驻地距此4.9公里[1]。社晓公路与通往寿宁县凤阳乡的县道穿村而过，村内是福安市黄兰溪水电公司的一级站和一级坝、二级坝所在地[1]。全村分为5个村民小组，有463户村民、1662人，村域土地面积为6.8859平方千米，下辖4个自然村[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

解放初期，这里属岭路乡，村名叫路下大队。1958年以后，几经合并与分设，1984年公社改乡时隶属社口乡，名为路下村[2]。1985年分乡后归入晓阳乡；1992年3月16日，市人民政府批准将其改名为龙洋村，名称一直沿用至今[2]。

村里以葡萄、茶叶为主要产业[1]。位于龙洋上村的福安市金福龙茶业有限公司是一家本土茶叶加工企业，生产坦洋工夫系列红茶[2]。
