地名由来[edit]
村名取驻地村后溪与所辖仙岭碓自然村各一字而成。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1950年此地属后洋乡，原称后溪村；1958年划入后洋管理区，称后溪大队；1961年属竹岭小公所。1978年分出单独设立大队，并改称仙溪大队；1984年改称仙溪村。[1]
荣誉[edit]
仙溪村在2015年10月列入福建省第一批省级传统村落之中；2022年10月，列入第六批中国传统村落名录。[1]
