村子位于主干公路的分叉口，故名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1950年此地属沙洋乡，称公岐村；1958年划入沙洋管理区，1961年属沙洋小公社。1979年分出单独设立公岐大队，1984年改称公岐村。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2020年12月公布的福建省「一村一品」示范村名单中，公岐村以脐橙为产业。[1]
