千诗亭村在潭头镇东南部山区，离镇政府驻地约34公里，离福安市区约20公里，村中含千诗亭、石牌、山后、大洋、车岭五个自然村[1]。
地名由来[edit]
村中有一座亭子，古时学子进京赶考，常在亭中题诗，题诗多达千首，故名千诗亭[1]。
人口与地理[edit]
博雅地名网记载全村479户、1830人，未注明统计年份[1]。村庄平均海拔650多米，属亚热带气候，与城阳镇上沃村相邻[1]。
荣誉与沿革[edit]
车岭村获评省级传统村落[1]。1950年隶属第九区东岭乡，1958年设大队，归上白石公社领导，1969年改由潭头公社管辖。1984年大队改设为村委会，沿用至今[1]。
