地名与建村[edit]
村庄位于堂前溪流域，地势平坦，东南两面环水，形似游鱼，故名渔溪洋。博雅地名网称村庄始建于宋代，建村已有600余年[2]。
人口[edit]
博雅地名网记载全村516户，总人口1863人，未注明统计年份[1]。
沿革[edit]
1958年设渔溪洋大队；20世纪60年代分为上洋、下洋、大坑三个大队；1967年又合为渔溪洋大队；1984年大队改设为村委会[1]。
产业[edit]
2007年，村民集资创办苗木培育专业合作社，以「企业+基地+农户」的方式经营，主要培育茶苗、造林苗和城镇绿化苗木[2]。
荣誉[edit]
2021年6月，渔溪洋村列入「福建省第四批省级传统村落」名单[1]。2023年2月，渔溪洋村入选「福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡村」名单[1]。
