地名与沿革[edit]
旧时此地盛产苦桃，俗称苦桃坂，解放后改称富罗坂[1]。1958年8月设立富罗坂大队，1984年撤销大队，设立富罗坂村民委员会[1]。
人口与产业[edit]
博雅地名网记载全村446户、1860人，未注明统计年份[2]。村内以茶叶和果园为主，芙蓉李、奈等水果是潭头镇的重要产区之一[2]。
名胜古迹[edit]
郭鸣琳墓属明代墓葬，始建于明崇祯十三年，即1640年，占地约500平方米。墓体朝东，平面近似「风」字，墓前依次立有神道碑、小牌坊和大牌坊[3]。2020年11月19日，福建省人民政府将其定为第十批省级文物保护单位[3]。村内另有明成化戊子年（1468年）所建的吴景祥墓，为夫妻合葬墓[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2015年，富罗坂村获评福建省第八批「水乡渔村」休闲渔业示范基地[2]。2021年11月，村里获「2021年福建省卫生村」称号[1]。
