曹洋村位于上白石镇西北部，是全镇第三大的行政村。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村子海拔650米，离镇政府12公里，到福安市区则有40公里。全村土地4.5平方公里，包括曹洋、后岗、尤家洋和下竹山4个自然村，其中下竹山为畲族村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
2010年，本村成为省级扶贫开发重点村之一，帮扶工作由福建省民政厅牵头联系。2018年，本村被列入「千村整治、百村示范」福安市美丽乡村创建村庄，同年获得「上白石镇综治工作先进单位」称号；2019年，本村入选「福安市百名优胜村」。[1]

田地约1337亩，山地约4600亩，农业以稻田、茶叶和太子参为主。[1]
