历史沿革[edit]
据百度百科，村落始建于隋开皇十五年（595年），是闽东地区较早的汉族移民聚落之一[3]。博雅地名网则记载该地1597年称坂头，1884年称苏堤，其后数次改称；1950年4月废除保甲后此地设乡[1]。1984年成立苏堤村委会[1]。
经济[edit]
村中的传统线面，生产历史逾680年[3][4]，2011年获国家地理标志认证[3]。近年村里还发展茶产业，2025年被纳入福安市高标准茶叶加工基地的建设名单[3]。
名胜古迹[edit]
黄烽将军故居在村中，建于清代，属近现代重要史迹及代表性建筑，为砖土木结构的合院式建筑[2]。村内还有千年古榕、明代五显宫和三进结构的黄氏宗祠，以及积庆寺、夫人宫等宗教场所[3]。
人物[edit]
村中的历史名人有新四军将领黄烽，以及新加坡画家黄葆芳[3]。
荣誉[edit]
2019年，该村被列为福建省级乡村振兴示范村，并获福安市「百名优胜村」称号；2020年被评为宁德市「普惠金融信用村」[1]。2020年2月，入选福建省第三批省级传统村落名单；2021年12月，该村被确定为「福建省第二批高级版绿盈乡村（乡镇）」[1]。2023年3月，农业农村部推介该村为「2022年全国乡村特色产业产值超亿元村」（线面），同月被认定为第十二批全国「一村一品」示范村镇（线面）[1]。2026年1月，该村确定为「福建省2026年度乡村振兴示范村」[1]。
