历史沿革[edit]

1980年，居委会改名为苏堤街，此名一直沿用[1]。

2018年，该居成为福安市新时代文明实践中心建设的试点站之一；2020年，福安市委组织部授予该居「五星级基层党组织」称号[2]。

文化[edit]

社区内留有若干明清时期的古建筑，其中有苏堤大夫第和黄烽将军故居[1]。社区内设有毛主席像章纪念馆[2]。
