历史沿革[edit]
清代此处称东旭境，民国至解放后称竹栏下。原百岁坊妈祖庙拆除后，道路拓宽通往桂林路，沿路开设店面，“东旭街”之名由此而来[1]。
社区概况称居委会成立于1962年7月[2]；历史沿革一栏则记为1980年称东旭街居委会，沿用至今[1]。
2017至2019年间，社区获福安市「百名优胜村」称号[2]。
