下浦村是赛岐镇下辖的行政村，位于镇中心区，村委会地处蒲城公路旁。村名原作下蒲，后因方言谐音改为今名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明洪武七年（1374年）始祖自寿宁杨鹤嗅村迁居下浦。解放初此地属赛岐区赛里乡；公社化时为宅里大队；1988年由宅里村委划出，设下浦村委会。[1]
