桃洋村是赛岐镇下辖的行政村。村名因旧时此地桃树成林，先民伐去桃树开辟田洋而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
解放初，此村隶属赛岐第五区的象阳乡，名称定为桃洋村。1952年改归宝洋乡；1958年转入松江公社的宝洋管理区；1961年重归赛岐区的宝洋公社。1979年设大队，1984年起称桃洋村委会。[1]
