罗江村是福建省宁德市福安市罗江街道下辖的行政村，位于赛江西岸，紧靠104国道，下辖后太、里巷、外巷三个自然村。[1]

罗江村位于赛江西岸，紧靠104国道，与三江社区相邻，辖区面积为7612.5亩。[1]
