程家垅村位于城南街道南部，距福安市区约3公里，北面与天马山森林公园相连。村庄于1966年7月成立。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名源于先祖姓程。清乾隆十六年，程氏始祖为避洪水，率村民迁到这里定居。[1]

解放初，村子归城关镇管，称程家垅大队。1958年公社化时仍归城关镇；1961年改属城关公社；1976年又回到城关镇。1984年，改称程家垅村委会，归韩阳镇；1997年起由城南街道办事处管理。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村子东南与城阳镇接壤，西面与坂中乡隔溪相望。全村面积5200亩，林地占4400亩，耕地200多亩。[1]

人口[edit]

村下设8个村民小组，合计207户、897人。全村的网格化管理共六格，名称依次为上村、下村、将军桥和蛤蟆洋。[1]

经济[edit]

产业以第三产业为主，村里没有集体企业。村内有企业28家，其中6家为规模以上企业。[2]
