何家山村位于英山乡西北部，西面隔溪与福安市范坑乡的墩头相望，南与福安市上白石镇沙坑村接壤，距乡政府约6公里，距柘荣县城约26公里。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村子最初迁居的人家多姓何，故以何家山为名。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村内雨量充沛，年降雨量约1600至2000毫米，盛产太子参。[2]

经济[edit]

村内有三座电站，分别是清水坑水电站、王社二级电站和楮英电站。村民收入以劳务输出和太子参为主。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1934年村内设有何家山村苏维埃政府。1954年这里先成立何家山乡，1958年改为何家山大队，1984年大队撤销，改设村民委员会。[1]

2024年1月，何家山村获「2023年福建省卫生村」的命名。[1]
