赤岩村是福建省宁德市柘荣县宅中乡下辖的行政村，距乡政府约3公里。[1]
地名[edit]
王姓一支迁入此处，便借用原居地的地名，取名赤岩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1980年村内开始设立大队；1984年大队建制撤销，改设赤岩村村民委员会。[1]
地理与人口[edit]
村庄海拔450米，辖赤岩、赤岩山、长垄3个自然村，分为4个村民小组。村中共72户，人口312人，在村常住的有210人，其余102人为流动人口。[1]
产业与荣誉[edit]
2021年11月，村子获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。2022年10月，省农业农村厅把赤岩村列为第二批「福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
2025年5月，该村被认定为宁德市2024年度「一村一品」专业村之一，产业以铁皮石斛为核心。[1]
