倒流水村位于黄柏乡西南部，距乡所在地19公里，辖7个自然村。[1]

村名的来历是此地水流方向与别处相反，似乎倒流而出。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1934年，此地设倒流水乡苏维埃政府。1954年又设倒流水乡，划归第二区；1956年撤乡。[1]

1965年设立倒流水大队，1984年撤销大队，改设倒流水村民委员会。[1]

人口民族[edit]

全村共166户、678人，其中常住230人，流动448人，分为9个村民小组。群众主要姓氏为黄、江、吴、刘、张、王、连、林；农民主要收入来自太子参与粮食作物。[1]

文化[edit]

2023年10月，倒流水村被确定为「2023年度宁德市一村一品专业村」。[1]
